Create a Webcourses@UCF


 

In order to create a Webcourses@UCF course section and populate it with students who have registered for this course:

1. Select the boxes to the left of the desired courses.

2. Next, you will be given the option to choose the date the course will be made available to your students. Click on the calendar page to the right of the date if you wish to change the date and select your preferred date.

3. If you wish to combine multiple sections (referred to as cross-listing), click on the Combine Sections icon for that course. You will then be given a list of the other Webcourses@UCF sections that are available to be combined. Select the box next to each course you wish to combine and click the OK button.

4. Once you have made all your desired selections, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. The requested Webcourses@UCF course sections will be created through an overnight process and available the next day.

You can create Webcourses@UCF course sections only for UCF courses for which you are listed as the instructor of record. Therefore, if you do not see the desired course listed in the Faculty Webcourse Manager, please contact your college's scheduler and request that you become the instructor of record for that course.
Please note, your course must remain checked for the duration of the semester to ensure that your roster in Webcourses@UCF is updated daily .
